Factory visits, property viewings and business meetings in Japan come with more than a language barrier — unfamiliar geography and local business customs can be just as challenging.

An English-speaking Partner accompanies you and handles the day's travel, interpretation and on-the-ground coordination.

How we're different

• Built around your purpose: Tour booking sites mostly offer fixed routes. On jpwork hub, you describe your site visit or meeting in a request and receive responses from specialists who can handle it.
• You choose who you work with: Tours can be cancelled at short notice or the guide can change. On jpwork hub, you choose your Partner from the specialists who accepted your request. If a Partner can't provide the service for reasons on their side, you get a full refund.
• Verified identity and credentials: When you hire someone directly through social media, it can be hard to check their language skills or qualifications, or to resolve problems after you've paid. Our Partners are vetted, and their profiles show language levels and badges for identity checks, verified credentials and signed NDAs.

What you can't request

• Arranging transportation, lodging, or pickup/drop-off (including paying a Partner for it)
• Services under a title restricted by law to license holders, such as "National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter," from a Partner who doesn't hold that license
• A direct transaction with a Partner you met through this service, outside the platform and without us involved

Each Partner sets their own prices for half-day, full-day and other plans, so you can compare what's included and the price before you book. Your own transport, admission and meal costs are not included.
